Can managers see individual employee data?
No. This is enforced by architecture, not policy. ClarityLift only surfaces aggregate, team-level insights with a minimum group threshold of 10 people. Individual surveillance is not a feature we disabled. It is something the system cannot do.
Do you store our messages?
No. Messages are processed in real-time for health signals and immediately discarded. We store aggregate scores, trend data, and team-level metrics. Never raw message content.
What about the EU AI Act?
